I am currently teaching courses in web development and Internet technology.

In those type of hands-on courses, or seminars, you need someone who can:

• explain technical things in non-technical terms.
• ask quality questions that can't be answered with a simple "Yes" or "No".
• interpret your questions and answers to know whether or not you are understanding the concept.

You also need someone who really knows their subject matter and has real world experience.
